Geocache Description:

A short series of 5 caches, set on a 1.7 mile mostly circular walk around Charlcombe and Lansdown, in the north of Bath. It is a combination of footpaths and lanes, with some excellent views.

This is the second of a series themed on my favourite US Baseball team, the Boston Red Sox.

In the Red Sox lineup on the First Base cache, one key starter was missing - Kevin Millar. Millar was normally the Firstbaseman and David Ortiz the Designated Hitter - but with no Designated Hitter allowed in a National League Park, Millar was on the bench, with Ortiz playing First. .

Coming from the First Base cache, head for the kissing gate at N51° 24.275 W2° 21.754 (picking up the GC4TBAD Toad Pilgrimage cache on the way if you have solved that puzzle). Then a steep upward climb (hence the terrain rating) to N51° 24.390 W2° 21.744 and follow the lane.

Note if following the circular route this cache is not accessible by wheelchair/stroller, but to find this cache on it's own it may be accessible. The terrain rating given is for the walk from the First Base cache.

I found this hard to mark with the tree cover, so a good hint is provided.
