This cache is located in the Windsor Locks Waterworks Brook, a 198 acre park that opened to the public in October 2009. Prior to this time it was owned by the Connecticut Water Company, who used it as a public drinking water source. You can still see the old barbed wire fences and 'No Trespassing' signs. Go through the gates to reach the parking area.
You are looking for a small Lock & Lock container, which is placed just off the trail. It is not far from the parking area.
