Geocache Description:

These coords should get you close to the Jason's Deli on Bee Cave Rd. Since I don't live in Austin, I haven't taken them personally. Three different people have given me 3 different sets of coords, so LOOK AROUND!

This is a homecoming event for lowracer (Mark Gessner), who will be visiting Austin.
As you may or may not know, Mark used to live and cache here in Austin, where he also wrote his novel, First to Find. The book's about some Austin geocachers who turn amateur detective when they discover clues in the field and set out to solve a murder spree. But not before the killer joins their game... Much of the book takes place in Austin Texas.

In 2005 Mark moved away to Wichita Kansas, then to San Diego, and is now back in the DFW area. He decided to publish the novel in June, and it is starting to take off.

Mark will be happy to discuss the book and answer questions. He will also be glad to sign your copy of the book, or your Kindle cover. It is recommended you have read the novel before this event as there will be a test could be spoilers in the discussion. Mark will also be happy to discuss the sequel, working title Cut Crystal, currently in progress.

We will gather at Jason's Deli at 6 pm to celebrate the return of our old friend, share geocaching stories, and trade travel bugs and coins.
