A JAZIDA DE BOURO
A jazida de Bouro foi descoberta, em Junho de 1995, pelo Professor de Geografia e membro da Associação Património Histórico das Caldas da Rainha, António Xavier, um amante da natureza e da pesca. Na altura, as grandes depressões que encontrou no local conhecido por «Pedras Negras», na Serra do Bouro, pareceram-lhe corresponderem a pegadas de dinossáurios.
Estas pegadas de dinossáurios que se encontam na superfície de um estrato calcário são do Jurássico superior.
No local podem encontrar-se pelo menos duas ou três marcas que sugerem a presença de pegadas tridáctilas.

3º Qual o comprimento e largura da maior pegada na laje.

The Bouro deposit was discovered in June 1995 by Professor of Geography and member of the Association Heritage History of Caldas da Rainha, António Xavier, a lover of nature and fishing. At the time, the large depressions that found at the site known as "Piedras Negras", in Serra do Bouro, it seemed to match the footprints of dinosaurs. These footprints of dinosaurs that met the surface of a stratum of limestone is Upper Jurassic. On the site can be found at least two or three brands that suggest the presence of footprints tridactyl. More information can be found here.
