You're looking for a brown and black coffee container. This is our first cache hiding so it's probably an easy one. The surrounding area can get pretty overgrown, so I would bring long pants.
The owners of the property know about the cache, so don't worry about trespassing issues.
There's a pen in the cache, so don't fret if you forget yours.
