Geocache Description:

After having completed several geocache series in Louisiana, Texas, Missouri I decided SWLA need one. So this is RicJ and my effort to bring SWLA its 1st Geocache series.

This series is on Old Hwy 90 and begins on the East side of Lake Charles. For the first couple of miles, these caches will be some what in a more populous area. The area will soon make a transition to soybean and sugarcane fields.

This series is not designed to have any difficult caches in it, it is strictly for those cachers who want to boost their numbers and get out and enjoy the outdoors. Most of the containers are camo'd pill bottles.

This series is best done starting at #1, as most of the caches will be on the south side of the road. Nearly all of the caches have a safe place to pull off to get out. With all of these caches, please use caution when exiting your vehicle.

We hope you enjoy this series and more will be added soon.
