...well, maybe, not so secret. Hundreds of people use this entrance to access the east beaches and coves of Donner State Park, without having to open their wallets. It is perfectly legal to park along Donner Pass Road, and walk into the parklands without paying, but certainly doesn't help their bottom line. The museum, just east of here is quite informative.
When placing this cache, I had some trouble with wandering coords. I wonder if you'll wander in search of this. Just wondering.
