Yunta tales - 'Head North!' he cried. Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Ngaambul: As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it's been a number of months since the last owner note. I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

One of the more tricky ones in my "Yunta tales" series. Small to regular size. There is a Teetulpa Station sheep's tag in there for a first to find gift. (Dont worry its a new one!) Young country lads would often collect these from different stations where they have worked or visited. The larger array they had the more impressive. Well, so they thought anyway. Is also a 'pick-up monkey' and an army man for swaps.

The gateway to the north. This spot lets you know if you can travel any further north. It doesn't take much rain these days for this road to be closed. Anyone heading north from this point will see more signs like this further up you go. Please be very careful near the road. It can be very busy at times with trucks and travellers on their way further north. If you park near GZ please pull off to the side as far as possible or park around the corner on the side street. Please replace exactly as you found it. If you are heading north from here you may want to check out 'Mountain View' GA1588, a GCA cache by GeoWaz, only 7km out. I also have 2 more caches at about 12km and 30km from Yunta. Good luck!

Congratulations to Code1, the first cacher to find all 4 'Yunta Tales' caches.
