Post Office Park is one of numerous small parks that dot Annapolis.

Take the first four digits on the sign that you see and proceed to the corresponding post box in the post office (open 24/7).

Count 1 row up and 109 columns to the left. Take the first 2 digits from the new number and add that to the north coordinate. Take the last 2 digits from the new number, multiple that by 7 and subtract it from the west coordinate. Ignore the decimal points.
