Fourth Street Park features a unique storm water filtration system and sits at the location of the old bridge abutment that used to connect Annapolis and Eastport. The bridge was moved to 6th street back in the 1930s. Note the old post at the corner of the park by the water. There is a similar post across the water just off the sidewalk by Annapolis Yacht Club.
