Geocache Description:





La vierge et le christ seraient apparus à cet endroit, sous l'aspect de mendiants vers 1704 et
auraient demandé de faire bâtir «en ce beau et saint lieu, une chapelle dédiée à la Providence».
Le curé la fait ériger en 1714. Incendiée pendant le révolution, elle a été reconstruite en 1806.
Le pèlerinage de Saint Sauveur a existé pendant plus de 250 ans. Des milliers de fidèles y ont
prié. On en comptait plus de 10 000 le 6 août 1945.

 The Virgin and Christ would have appeared there, in the guise of beggars around 1704 and
reportedly asked to build "in this beautiful and holy place, a chapel dedicated to Providence."
A priest has builded it in 1714. Burned during the revolution, it was rebuilt in 1806.
The pilgrimage of Saint Sauveur has existed for over 250 years. Thousands of faithful have
prayed. There were over 10 000 August 6, 1945.
