Ava's first cache. This is a traditional cache, containing a log book + pencil and items inside to swap.
Placed within Parkhall country park. Ava is Leah's sister who has her cache 'Leah's Hide' nearby in the park. Ava is not one to be left out so here is her cache!
Parking is close by at Bolton Gate (height restriction)
N52.59.879 W002.05.797, Easy access on foot, the route from Bolton Gate is firm and accessible with a buggy but may be a little bumpy. Approx 50min there and back.
Additional Suggested Parking is at the Visitors Centre,
N53.00.018 W002.06.343. From this point you will have a good walk through the park. Approx 1hr there and back.
The GPS for some reason does tend to be a little bouncy in this area (I dont know why, maybe we should re-name the cache Area51 or something??) however the clue does help and the cache location is within the given +/- margins of what is expected of given co ordinates. Happy hunting all.
