Campbell River's version of a POWER TRAIL! You have to go on this decommissioned road by foot or bicycle.
The Elk River Timber Road no longer allows motorized vehicles even though it still shows up on the GPSr. This is an easy series of caches to get cachers out on the road under their own steam.
UPDATE Aug 2016: changed cache and guardian. No longer a pill bottle size, but still no trade items. Bring a pen.

FYI: On our spring maintenance trip, we parked our car and unloaded the bikes between caches 11 and 12 on the short stretch of road that you can still drive on. Approximately 1/3 of the caches are in one direction and 2/3s the other, but you can grab provisions from the car if you park here. It was about 10 miles round trip to reach all the caches.
