Geocache Description:


I've just recently moved to the area, so I wanted those who haven't gotten any of my caches to get the full "Venus Experience"!

The cache is in the parking area for the Stowell Trailhead which brings you on the Highlands Trail into Storm King State Park. This was a cache-free trail and my hike on it up to the viewpoint was so pleasant, I wanted to share it with you.

I highly recommend using this trailhead to get you into Storm King. It is barely used (except for the appearance by an occasional group of campers from Camp Olmstead.)

Cache container is a pre-form. FTF gets to break the seal!

This cache has NYS Permit 5-10 (expiration 8-12).
