Geocache Description:


This is an ammo can placed at the top of China Hat. A person can drive all the way to the top but I would not suggest a full size vehicle to attemp unless they don't mind a bunch of scrathes on the side of your rig from the overgrown manzanita. A small pickup or OHV would make the trip easily.

There was a tower here in the 1930's but abandoned. Could not find any sign of a tower during a search of the area. There is a view to the east and SE toward East Butte. Elevation is 6575 ft.
