At this location is a memorial hall dedicated to the Benge family who were early settlers to the Upper Hutt area in the 1860s.

The cache is a small container. It contains a logsheet inside a second inner container.

The cache is located off SH2 at 346 Main Road North, Brown Owl.
As the hall is there for use by the community, there is a chance that there could be private function scheduled when you arrive to hunt for the cache.
