Geocache Description:

A short walk from an excellent park! Parking: 39 57.688 N, 75 19.970 W

The Merry Place is on of our favorite playgrounds/ parks in the area- great place (and a great cache) for families. Before or after, be sure to enjoy the giant chutes and ladders game, "fort" playground, relaxing gazebo and tennis or volleyball courts.

Access to the park is on Glendale Road, near the intersection with Burmont Road. The cache is hidden a short (0.1) mile hike on a hard packed dirt trail from the edge of the park. The trail will take you along a nice view of a river with plenty of great spots for skimming stones.

Original theme of the cache is "It came from outer space..." FTF prize is a small coin that will help you explore a less distant locale (look in log book bag!)
