This cache was put out for Dairy Daze 5 as 1 of 4 saluting the
Dairy cow breeds.
The Holstein is the most common dairy breed in North
America. It is the largest breed and it produces the most milk. The
Holstein is easy to tell by its Black and White skin (or is it
white and black?). Holsteins can produce 40 - 70+ Litres of milk
per day during it 305 day lactation. They can weigh as much as a
tonne.
In my books this is the Divine Bovine.
