This cache is hidden .25 mile South of the Coast Watch (formerly Coastguard) post on St Agnes Head.
The area was used as an army base during the second world war (Cameron Estate/Camp) and there are only a few remain reminders of that period (The Guard Box on the driveway is one).
Much of the ground that is covered in heather could have many dangers from uncharted mine shafts so please do stick to the marked paths.
The views from the cache site are stunning to say the least with a fantastic view of the coastline, views of Wheal Coates, the pumping engine house of Towanroath shaft, Chapel Porth, Porth Towan and with Navax Point in the distance, so take the bino's with you.
Please keep dogs and children under control and be aware of the possible dangers of cliffside walks.
The cache is a small clip lock box that has been camoflaged so please be careful with it and replace in exactly the same way as you find.
This cache has been placed with the permission of the local NT office.
Please respect the area and it's surroundings and where possible practice a little CITO where any has been left by non-cachers, therefore assisting to maintain the beauty of the location.
