This is one of four caches placed with the permission of the US Army Corp of Engineers along the Taylorsville Lake Trail which begins at the Visitors Center overlooking the Dam and the Lake. Brochure holder at beginning of trail.
You are looking for a camo'd lock & lock box containing items from the Visitor's Center. Kid friendly. BYOP
The Corps operates a Visitor Center, Dam Overlook Area and Tailwater Recreation Area that includes picnic sites and shelters, bank fishing on the lake and river, and nature trails. Be sure to stop by the Visitor Center for informative brochures, clean restrooms and friendly staff.
Special thanks to the Boy Scouts and the US Army Corps of Engineers for assisting with and maintaining this trail. Do your part. CACHE IN TRASH OUT. When coming upon the remains of the spring house and other historic sites please preserve their integrity by not climbing or disturbing the area.
