Geocache Description:

This cache is near the Maplegrove Cemetery in Georgetown, KY. You do not have to enter the cemetery to locate the cache, but you may want to take a walk through the cemetery to see some of its history.

The Maplegrove Cemetery is an African-American cemetery with quite a long history. In fact, there are 9 United States Colored Soldiers from the Civil War buried here. See the waymarking.com entry below.
