Black Delph Locks hold the key. You can do this as a cache and dash or take your time to walk down the 9 locks. Start at the top lock and walk the full length and count how many locks you see. Once at the bottom lock you should see the tenth lock (Pub).
The cache is hidden between the road and the towpath by the Tenth Lock.
Beware this area is frequented by lots of muggles in the summer months.
The Delph locks were originally built in 1779 by Thomas Dadford. They are officially on the Dudley No1 Canal but the bottom lock is the start of the Stourbridge canal. So in fact they are also a junction. The original locks were located just to the left as you look up the flight. Later when they were modernized in 1856 they created a new flight of Eight Locks to conserve water. They had to be modernized due to subsidence caused by the mining in the local area.
