Sea of Japan tower

It is the unique observatory which installed rotary scenic dome in the roof of a distributing reservoir for water service for the first time in Japan in the authority of Asahicho, Chuuo-ku, Niigata-shi, Niigata.

新潟県新潟市中央区旭町通にある日本で初めて水道用配水池の屋上に回転展望室を設置した、ユニークな展望台である。営業時間
9:00 - 17:00（通常期・3月1日 - 11月30日）
毎年8月1日から中旬にかけて、営業時間が19:30まで延長される。
10:00 - 16:00（冬季・12月1日 - 2月末日）
入館料
大人：300円、子供：100円（小中学生）
