Please use maximum stealth when searching for this cache. DO NOT post photos of the container or your log will be deleted. The monument commemorates the 500 years of the discovery of Puerto Rico. It is a monument in honor to the earth and clay of America. This monument is near El Morro and behind it there is a stand where you can buy piraguas. There is a plaza near with a statue of Juan Ponce de Leon. Warning: Careful with muggles. There is a scenic view from different areas of the plaza. There is a pin for the FTF.
