Welcome to my 11th hide."Alpacas Away"
This cache is located along side "Wyterrica Alpaca Park" which is just outside of Cobram.
I have deceided to paint my caches Purple from now on and this is my first purple cache.
Just a breif bit about Alpacas-
Alpaca fiber is used for making knitted and woven items, much as wool is.These items include blankets, sweaters, hats, gloves, scarves, socks, and even coats and bedding.
The fiber comes in 12 natural colours as classified in Australia but more in other parts of the world.
Alpaca meat was once consider a delicacy by Andean inhabitants.
Alpacas are a social herd animal that live in family groups consisting of a territorial male, females and their young.Alpacas warn the herd about intruders by making sharp, noisy inhalations that sound like high pitched bray. The herd may attack smaller predators with their front feet, and can spit ans kick.Which is why farmers keep Alpacas with sheep.
Anyway the cache isnt to hard and parks in a lovely quite spot to watch the alpacas if you wish to do that and not enter the park.
You are looking for a small Purple container which has in it a Log,swaps for kids and a TB as well as the FTF Prize!!
(Well at least it was they day we went.)
