The cache you're searching for is a magnetic green matchsafe. There is only a log sheet, so you must bring your own pen to sign it. Make sure the container is sealed properly and concealed well before you leave, so others can enjoy the hunt. Rated Level 2 as this is a busy muggle area, and extra ninja skills may be required. Weekends would be best for this search.

This monument is located inside the town park, so there are several picnic tables, a walking track, and a playground nearby. A great place to bring the family. *smile*
