Geocache Description:

Lock and Lock with small trade items and log book. Bring your Own Pen (BYOP)

Did you know there is a wetland in the middle of Spartanburg's city limits? Located at SPACE's Edwin M. Griffin Nature Preserve's cottonwood trail. The co-ordinates will take you on a short walk to the wetlands boardwalk where you may see, not only the title animals, but also many varieties of birds, beavers, tadpoles, butterflies, and lots of mosquitoes! (you've been warned). Be sure to check out the new boardwalk at the end of the wetlands. This will take you to an up close view of the beaver dam that helped to create the wetlands.

Parking co-ordinates are .4 miles from the cache and the terrain is mostly flat.
