The new Crosbies Hut opened on the 1st of August 2010 and I was there on the 3rd of August. A hut that sleeps 10 with a potbelly stove. This is 1.8kms from my other cache at the northern end of the clearing. The long way is from the Tapu Coroglen Road to Thames which is about 19kms long. The quick way up would be the Waiomu Track. A small test tube container with log and pencil at the hut.
