Geocache Description:


This cache is not far from the old hotel here many moons ago my grandad was born up at lake hamilton as a adult he used come down to port lincoln by horse and cart he used to stop here tie his horse and cart to the hitch rail and have a few drinks here used to take a couple of days to get here .then of he would go to lincoln another day later he would be in lincoln then he would have the long haul back home .then this place became as shop and mrs nettle used to make home made pies pasties cakes etc and now other lovely people own it this place keeps the locals in things they need and their mail so call in here and support this little shop and get something to munch on or drink .take the time to stop and look at this place and reflect how this place used to be and what it is still today .accross the road is the home of the magpies (marble range football club go the maggies) you are looking for a small round plastic container)
