JWstorming: The structure (a heavy steel diving bell) has been moved a little bit to a position that attracts people doing or dumping unpleasant stuff. This has made to item not pleasant and interesting to visit. This included drug paraphernalia dumped in the bell.

Geocache Description:

I wanted to place the cache on the wharf, but it has security cameras, so this placement was the next best (and interesting) option. Fishermans wharf is a great place to wet a line, and if you catch nothing go to the fish markets here to pick up a fish to take home and look like a pro! (wipe off the news print!).

Container is a small screw top with log only.
