Geocache Description:

Interesting monument in a small town city park. It must be fairly new as I don't recall seeing it. No difficulty in terrain although it probably wouldn't be wheelchair accessible. Please be gentle with landscaping. Stealth may be necessary at times. You know how small town muggles are.
