Geocache Description:

My favorite blog and online radio show is done by a guy named Jimmy Moore. Jimmy has really helped me in my efforts to educate myself on nutrition. The cache name will make total sense when you arrive at the location.

Me at around 300lbs. I have been as high as 340lb
Then me at around 240lbs. Still need to do a little more work to reach the goal.

Update: 1/20/13, Low Carb Nation is gone and new store is in its place. Owner knows of cache.
