Permission has been giving to hide this in the park, The cache was hidden for the 2nd Annual Wyoming... Under the Stars overnight event that took place here in August of 2010.
This is hid in Curt Gowdy State Park, there is an admission charge to get in the park.
There is about a 1/4 mile hike to the cache most of it on a path. The last 300 feet or so are kind of rough and where the cache is hid can be hard to get to if you are an adult.
The footing can be tough as the ground is soft and when when I went to grab something to catch my balance it seemed to break.
My 9 year old did hike this with me as it is not a horrible hike. We took the long way in looking for a place to hide a cache. When you get to GZ you will have to use you brain as I could only get the cords to within about 20 feet.
I will post a hint if one is needed but for the time being I am not posting a hint. If you get better cords please let me know.
