cache is at Grawin opal field . Please stick to the main road. There is no fossicking on any of the dumps in the Grawin Opal fields and strictly no access to any registered claim if the shaft is open it’s registered. This is being policed and trail cameras are in use you can and will be prosecuted.
Cache is in what is known as the mulga field at grawin. this cache is located only 10 mtrs or so from the road at the base of a tree. strictly no camping, fossicking on any of the mullock dumps. Things have changed out here and there and you can not fossick on the dumps it is being policed and you will be fined. We can’t go into your place of employment and just start wondering about picking things up so please respect that this is our place of employment and stay of them. This applies to ALL dumps on the grawin opal field. Also please stick to the main road all Bush tracks are in private property trail cameras are in use and you can and will be prosecuted. please note this whole area for many kilometers is all under lease despite what some people will tell you it I’d illegal to go on to a registered claim. If there are piles of dirt or shafts then consider it a registered claim. there are 2 pubs the sheepyard inn and the glengary hilton as well as the club in the scrub all should be visited there are also 2 golf courses but dont expect greens or even grass or anything that looks like any golf course you have seen before. there are lots of trees at GZ my gps had trouble so be prepared to look about for cache........................ if you are going to take a trackable then please leave one in its place. if you dont have one then just record the number to track and leave it there.
