Kring Point State Park is a narrow peninsula whose south shore faces Goose Bay and north shore faces the St. Lawrence River. Standing anywhere in the park, visitors see water and many of the 1000 islands for which the region is named. The park has docks on the river and the bay. A dock is also available for Morgan Island.

This cache is placed as part of the Great Lakes Seaway Trail Geotrail located within the Thousand Islands/St Lawrence River (SLR) Region. There are 15 caches hidden within the region, and geocachers finding ten or more Great Lakes Seaway Trail Geotrail caches within this region can earn a free Thousand Islands/St. Lawrence River Region Geocoin. If you are interested in particpating in the Geotrail, please visit www.seawaytrail.com/geotrail for a list of the locations where you can pick up a free copy of the Official Great Lakes Seaway Trail Log Book.

This cache contains a unique hole punch which must stay with the cache. Use this hole punch in Space #
10 on the Thousand Islands/St Lawrence River Region page of your Official Great Lakes Seaway Trail Logbook. This hole punch is NOT a trade item.
NYS permit # 302.
$7 day use fee applies to all vehicle entering trhough the toll booth.
