This cache is placed at Cowan Lake State Park. Many scouts in the area have used the park for camping, fishing and sailing. The cache is a small plastic container hidden in the woods at the southeast end of the lake.

The Boy Scout program celebrates 100 years in 2010!. This cache is hidden to celebrate the first 100 years of scouting and the never ending service that both scouts and scouters provide to their communities. This cache is designed with the Cub Scout and other young children in mind. Please leave appropriate toys and "swag" for young people of all programs.
The Get in the Game! committee of the Tecumseh Council is maintaining this cache for people to discover. It is a small cache that has several Scouting items, Scout patches, and other fun items for trade. Please trade scout appropriate items and share any scouting experience you may have had as a scout or scouter.
The Tecumseh Council consist of scouting units in Clinton, Greene, Clark, Champaigne and Logan counties. This cache is one of six in the Treasures of Scouting series.
