Water, Water, Everywhere Traditional Cache

Easy to drive up to and park right beside, but not necessarily easy to spot. You will need your own writing implement.
This is our first venture into placing caches. We have been finding them for two years now and decided to put a few out. You can use Old Highway 40 (now Idaho St.) between Exits 303 and 310. It will be easy for drive-by cachers to return to the interstate. This city well was drilled in 2009. There were not many caches outside of town, so we decided to place a few on the east side.
