Geocache Description:

The cache is hidden near the site of Clutton Brewary.

This is a nano container. So bring a pen to sign the log.

Part of the Clutton Series - Caches placed around the village I grew up in.

When first built, it was intended for a silk mill, but was never used as such. Clutton beer was quite famous. Alot of Bristol people preffered it to Bristol Beer, and many a load was taken to the city. Visiters from Londonhave been know to take some back with them. The Brewery was demolished in 1961, and the premises are now used for a large Highways storage yard.
