Gaularfjellet

Gaularfjellet is a small mountain region between Sogn and Sunnfjord in Sogn og Fjordane.

Highway 13, the National Tourist Route "Gaularfjellet", runs between Balestrand and Moskog and is 84 kilometers long. The road, which was opened to traffic in 1938, is a famous tourist destination with many waterfalls and lakes along at the Gaula river.
The highest point on the mountain road is 748 meters above sea level.
