A grab and go located on the Sunapee Riverwalk.
The Sunapee Riverwalk is a 1/2 mile scenic walkway that parallels the Sugar River from the Information Booth at Route 11 to Pete's Shed/The Quack Shack in Sunapee Harbor. This walk is great for kids and provides a look at both some of the history of the town of Sunapee as well as a scenic look at the Sugar River. The are informational brochures that describe different spots along the walk as well as plenty of places to sit and have a picnic along the route. I placed this cache along the riverwalk as many times that I have been caching I really enjoy caches in bunches allowing multiple finds in one stop.
The cache itself is a small lock-n-lock container with a log book and room for only a few small trinkets. Parking is available at either the Sunapee information booth (Sunapee Welcome Center) or at the Sunapee Town Hall. First to Find prize is a scratch ticket. Good luck and happy caching!
