Geocache Description:

An easy puzzle cache off of Exit 17 on Route 84 on North Horsepound Road

The posted coordinates will bring you to the Ballard Burying Grounds, a small cemetery dating back to the early 1800's. From here a very short walk and some simple math will get you the info you need to solve the puzzle and find the cache....... First thing you will have to do is find the headstone for Peter and Ezekiel Ballard (way point below). If you have good eyesight you can probably get the info you need without even going into the cemetery.......Next you will have to determine how many years that Peter and Ezekiel lived and add the ages together (use only the year of birth and year of death for each) and use that number in this formula........... N 41 30.202 + (sum of ages) W 073 41.072 + (sum of ages).............Then you will have what you need to find the final resting place of this cache (which is a purple bison tube).............The cache is not in the cemetery or any of the walls of the cemetery and there is no need to turn over or dismantle any of the rocks here ..............Make sure you bring your own pen and if you go into the cemetery make sure you show respect and make sure you close the gate before you leave, and try to stick to the daylight hours in your search. Please put the container back as you found it and as always Have Fun, Be Safe and Enjoy!
