This cache is dedicated to Ernestine, one of Lily Tomlin's finer characters that always made me roll on the floor with laughter. If you know who the character was then it will make finding the cache much easier.
Keep an eye on the kids due to fast highway traffic but there is a large turnout in which to get off the road and away from traffic. As always, in eastern WA be watchful for ticks and snakes during the warmer months.
