Summer Vacation Travel
Racer Competition!
This summer, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, the FugeFinders,
TheMcMorrows and
ImLuckiest took three travel tags attached to cars to see who could
acquire the most miles.
The
red racer was given to FugeFinders, the
blue racer was given to TheMcMorrows,
and the
green racer was given to ImLuckiest.
This event is the last stop for the travel racers before they
get put in the garage until next
summer. Here we will determine the winner of the race, who will be
treated to dinner by the
other competitors.
This event will also be the last major geocaching outing for Mr.
F as he will be activated
with his Coast Guard unit and deployed to parts unknown! (Ok,
they're known, but we can't
say where. 
)
Now the details about the actual event.
Where: Loyalty Park in Sumner
When: Saturday, September 11 @ 4 PM
What: Potluck! Hot dogs will be provided and there will be a
grill available, but
all sides will be up to you! Please note in your "Will Attend" log
what you plan on bringing
so people can plan accordingly.
There will be prizes, a travel bug post, and good times to be
had by all!
Seating in the park is limited so bringing folding chairs might be
a good idea if you don't want
to have to stand.
We hope to see you all there!
If FTF honors were to be awarded, road trip would be the
winner! Showing up 5 hours early to an event has to be some kind of
record!
