Haven't been up here since I was kid. Loads of places to stash a
cache, but rather than just stick it under a bramble bush, I hope I
found somewhere slightly more interesting. The cache is a standard
2 litre tupperware box and contains:
- A calculator built into a 3.5 inch sloppy disk (magazine
freebie)
- 2 keyrings
- A Playboy badge (button)
- A cheapo digital watch
- US Robotics V34 PCMCIA modem (alas missing the cable, but
easily obtained I would have thought)
- Fountain pen and ink cartridges
- Disposable camera and log book
Warning: This cache is located virtually on one of the many
footpaths. On the day I planted the cache, I saw hardly anyone, but
I would imagine it could get busy, specially in the summer months.
Some care needs to be taken to ensure the cache is well hidden from
public view. Parking is possible at:N51 53.272 W000 28.999 and
probably many other places, including Tesco's car park. It can get
VERY muddy!
