Geocache Description:

A camouflaged bison tube has been hidden outside of a community centre by a group of students from Osaka and Kyoto, Japan, who attended a language school the summer of 2010 in the nearby building.

The students spent two weeks in Stratford, attending formal classes in the morning and going on excursions in the afternoon to places such as Grand Bend, Niagara Falls and St. Jacobs. Their Stratford teacher also taught them all about geo-caching and is sending them back to Japan with a new-found enthusiasm for this hobby. They will be monitoring this site from Japan, as well as searching for caches in their hometowns.

The cache is hidden in a community park area where people play, so watch for muggles and please say “Ohayoh!” (Hello!) when you log your visit. No need to go outside of the fenced area of the centre!!

The building custodian is aware of this cache and its location and can be helpful if needed. The friendly neighbor has also be of assistance on many occasions.

The FTF prize is a ten-yen coin, donated by Ayaka of Shiga, Japan. FTF goes to Bacon Warrior, congratulations!
