The cache is not located at the actual location of the memorial, but on a nearby road satisfying the GC.com requirements for distance from a railroad. I have included waypoints should your curiosity win out, and you want to see the site of the Unknown Baby.
NOTE: The actual memorial area is not recommended for unsupervised children as it is adjacent to an active railroad. The railroad has freight trains that run past twice daily.
