This hide is placed in Koch Park, a small park in old downtown Ralston. You can park on 75th street just 40 feet from the cache. Hopefully it will be a quick park and grab for you. The park is closed from 10pm to 6am.
I don't like hiding micros, but to continue the Ralston Park series, it will be necessary in these smaller, well manicured parks. You are looking for a camouflaged bison tube. I came here four times to take coordinates, and haven't run into a muggle in the park yet, but be aware of your surroundings. There are nearby houses, the Ralston Police Department across the park to the east, and traffic on Main Street to deal with, so please use stealth. I suggest sitting down on the park benches to sign the log, so you don't draw any unwanted attention to your activities or the cache hiding spot. Please be respectful of the landscaping and be sure to close the container tightly. If you come when there is snow, make extra tracks so you don't lead muggles to the cache.
