This freeway billboard was placed here in Kellogg on August 6, 2010
As of August 2017, billboard has been replaced. History is still good.
This billboard was in Kellogg for years and was removed due to the word "Jackass". The all high school class reunion was held Aug 6 7 & 8 so the sign has been reinstated. A miner NOAH with his donkey discovered gold and you need to read the sign for the humor.
DO NOT STOP ON FREEWAY. Go to exit 49 to the east and walk or bike the .33 mile to the cache.
There is also another sign on the north side of the freeway by Subway explaining the Jackass story which was placed by the Idaho Historical Society.
If you are into bench markers, there is one on the SW corner of the river bridge where you are parked.
