Veterans Memorial Park Traditional Cache
BlueRajah: Hi ,
As there's been no cache to find for months, and/or there has been no communication on the cache page with the cache owner I'm archiving this to keep it from continually showing up in search lists.
Thank you,

The Rotary Centennial Veteran's Park was established in 2006 to honor those from the Cedar City area that have served in our nation's conflicts worldwide. Currently there are monuments honoring those that served during World War I, World War II, Vietnam, Korea, and Operation Iraqi Freedom / Afghanistan. The Cedar City Rotary Club was instrumental in funding the park by raising and donating $50,000 for it's development. The park was officially dedicated on November 11th, 2009 (Veteran's Day) when the Rotary Club gifted the park to the government of Cedar City. Many local businesses, individuals, and contractors also donated their time, money, and efforts to help make the monuments here a reality.
Credit for the original cache goes to drstrnj, who placed it here in April of 2007, but after moving from the area wasn't able to maintain it anymore. I have simply "revived" the cache so people could continue to visit this beautiful site. The cache is a micro and blends in pretty well, may take a fair amount of searching. Hope you enjoy the area!
