North vs South Traditional Cache
Repmul: I checked on this one this evening. The tether as well as the cache container were missing. Time to shut this one down.

During the year, Rand Park is used for many things. One of things that it has been noted for is the Annual Civil War Reenactments. Each April, several reenactment groups will put on their Civil War uniforms & head to Rand Park to relive some well-known battles. With each volley from black powder rifles and the roar of the canons both the North & South due their best to defend their part of the park. You are not sure who will win for the day, until the canons fall silent.
Permission for the placement of this cache was granted by the Keokuk City Council.
The city parks close at 11:00 pm.
